Where do we ship products to?

We ship products to customers located in the U.S. and in Canada only. Information about shipping will be presented to you before the checkout.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

When you place an order on our Website to be shipped to Canada, you’re responsible to make sure that the products can be lawfully imported into Canada. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and pay any applicable import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by Canadian authorities.

Shipping Fees

We provide free shipping on all orders placed through our website. However, O'Taste, Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy and introduce shipping fees at any time, with any such changes applying to future orders.

Shipping Times

O'Taste will do its best to process and deliver the products as quickly as possible. Products that are in stock will usually be handed over to be shipped within 3-5 business days after the date that the transaction is approved by the online payment provider. Business days exclude weekend days and public holidays. 

If the shipping company is unable to make the delivery to your address for any reason, we will inform you and attempt to find an alternative solution that is acceptable to you and us.

O'Taste will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of products as a result of events beyond its control, such as errors, delays, strikes, malfunctions in the computer system or telephone systems that impair the completion of the ordering process or malfunctions in e-mail services.
